The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic had reverberating effects for business across all industries. One heavily impacted sector was professional and continuing studies which traditionally rely on in-person classes and training. Royal Roads Professional & Continuing Studies was uniquely positioned to adapt to the new reality of distance learning because of their history of offering leading-edge condensed online courses and programs for working professionals. The marketing team at Royal Roads engaged Eclipse360 to develop an online campaign to raise awareness and generate leads for these amazing services.
We got to work, developing a unique campaign that had that featured both the reliability and prestige of the institution as well as the dynamic, modern capabilities of its online distance learning. The Upskill campaign focused on getting branding and information in front of the right audience with targeted social and search ads. Users would then be directed to a custom landing page that spoke to the specific course of interest and provided channels to reach out and get more information. After expressing and submitting a contact form, users were added into the Royal Roads email management system to facilitate communication and ongoing marketing efforts.
