The Challenge
Luther Court Society has been a pillar of compassionate care in British Columbia since 1974, offering a wide range of services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Their continuum of care includes independent and assisted living, complex care, home support, and a newly launched Community Health Centre.
Despite its long-standing service and meaningful community impact, Luther Court faced a lack of broad recognition and public awareness. A SWOT analysis conducted by Eclipse360 revealed a key opportunity: to elevate visibility, encourage advocacy, and boost donor engagement around the launch of the new Community Health Centre and its wider network of care.
The organization needed a fresh, unified approach to communicate its mission and mobilize the community – both online and offline.
The Approach
Eclipse360 developed a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan and Awareness Campaign anchored in a “Call to Giving.” The initiative aimed to not only raise awareness but to spark meaningful connection with community members, stakeholders, and potential supporters.
The campaign included:
- Posters, t-shirts, staff name tags, and eye-catching exterior signage to bring visibility to the new Health Centre
- A suite of digital assets and social media training to help staff share their message effectively
- A full website redesign to reflect the warmth, professionalism, and scope of Luther Court’s services
The new WordPress website was thoughtfully designed to embody Luther Court’s “Community of Care” philosophy, with clear pathways to housing and health services, as well as ways to support and get involved. Visual storytelling, uplifting photography, and authentic messaging all work together to represent the organization’s deep-rooted values and people-first approach.
